As Local Production Director for Dior Cruise 2024, I led the local production in Mexico, managing vendors, technical teams, permits, and operational delivery in close collaboration with Bureau Betak.}
The event brought together 120 models, more than 1,000 guests, and a production team of 400 people, reaching over 2.5 million viewers worldwide. The experience extended beyond the runway into an afterparty inspired by Mexican craft, live music, and a lush jungle atmosphere, turning the show into a larger cultural moment.
